Paws’r’Busy have a transparent shipping policy.
All dog food orders are shipped free of charge within mainland UK via DPD. If you require shipping to other countries please email before placing order.
Subject to availability, your order will be delivered within 3 working days via courier. The courier will text you the morning of the delivery with a one hour delivery slot. You may have your order delivered to your home or place of work. If you can not accept the delivery, please leave specific requirements on the DPD app or a note on your door, advising the driver where to leave the parcel.
All shortages/damages must be reported to us within 24 hours and if possible a photo of the damage.
Dog treats and/or toys – Delivery is payable on treats/toys and these will be sent out separately via Royal Mail even if purchased at the same time as your complete dog food,as treats/toys are sourced from a different location.
Packaging of treats and toys only – as a business we have taken the decision to use recycled boxes where possible, so your treats or toys may come in a previously used box.
