Payment
We accept payment via PayPal or Cheque. Goods will not be sent out until clearance of monies are received.

Returns and Cancellations
At Paws ’r’ Busy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, but if for any reason you are not happy, please
contact us within 7 days and we will exchange, replace or refund your purchase.

A proof of purchase must be supplied.

If the product sent out by Paws ’r’ Busy is incorrect – Paws ’r’ Busy will pay for any return / re-delivery of the replacement item costs.

In addition, as a valued customer, you have the unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery, without being obliged to give any reasons for cancellation. To comply with this time limit, all you need to do is return the goods bought on-line to Paws ’r’ Busy within the 7 working day period.

Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive damaged, please contact us for a full refund or replacement. Damaged goods are fully re-fundable inclusive of delivery and return costs of the amaged goods.

You must report any damaged to Paws ’r’ Busy within 48 hours of receipt. We do not accept responsibility for damage to goods caused by you.

Please do not return any goods without contacting us first, either by email: pawsrbusy@talktalk.net or telephone: 07866 212047 between 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday. A Goods Return Number (GRN) will be issued and MUST be quoted on all returned goods.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service when returning your item(s) as we are not liable for any loss or damage whilst in transit.
Good should also be returned in their original packaging.

Despatch of Goods
Most stock items are delivered within 3 – 5 working days via courier direct from the manufactuer.

Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

Items out of Stock
You will always be notified if your item(s) is/are not in stock, we will place it on back order and you should allow up to 14 working days for delivery. However, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Liability
We will not be liable to any person for damage or loss arising from the use of goods advertised on our site.

Your email address
Your email address will only be used to contact you regarding your order and occasionally we will send out any special offers that you may be interested in relating to our products.

Please also email if you wish to advise us of a change of email address.

Other
Goods on our site have been displayed as accurately and fairly as possible, but are subject to the available reproduction techniques.

We reserve the right to alter prices from time to time without notice, however, orders that have been accepted by Paws ’r’ Busy will be charged at the price at the time of ordering.

By placing orders with Paws ’r’ Busy you as the customer confirm that you agree to supply the correct details required to process your order. Paws ’r’ Busy can not be held responsible if incorrect details are given with the order that may result in the delay or non delivery of goods.

The above does not affect your statutory rights.
